The DP1000 Series is a range of battery powered, portable impact printers which can be used for receipt or ticket printing.
The compact and lightweight design makes this printer an ideal choice where footprint is at a premium or portability is required by the user.
The DP1000 is available with a choice of mechanisms providing from 24 to 40 characters per line, at speeds of up to 2.5 lines per second on standard 58mm width paper.
The batteries provide continuous printing for 1 hour from a full charge, or the printer can be permanently charged by leaving the optional charger connected to the mains.
Communications are via standard RS232C or Parallel Centronics interfaces and interface parameters can be set externally using front panel switches.
